Ok question, just installed my new twist adjusters in my B pipe head pipe. Using air for testing right now, if I screw in the front and back all the way no air gets through but if I do the middle one all the way in, I can still hear and feel a little air, is that normal?

the pipe screws have been known to leak, use a small piece of wire or something to make sure the little hole is clean, and then if it still leaks try tuning the adjuster tip with a file until it seals. I just seal off the bottom and middle with small bolts because i never open them and they plug the holes off well if that what you are going for. Some people have also just jb welded the ones they dont want shut

Corban. You'll never be able to reach that bottom screw unless you take the headpipe outta the ski in the rip.. Lol

I personally have had the best luck with the bottom cracked open and the rest shut. PHP recommended that. I'd crack the bottom slightly, like 1/3-1/4 of a turn, and then use the other ones if you need to raise temperature or just to play around and see what works.

I guess it all depends on what you are going for. I ran the bottom screw open for years, then I decided to set my head pipe up on the hose because from what I understand 1/4 turn on one head pipe could be the same as a half turn on a different head pipe. With the head pipe hooked to the hose and all screws closed I open the top screw slowly until I got a nice light spray. I gained some bottom end with this setup and running the pipe as dry as possible without melting couplers.

Haha I have been thinking about it a lot. I did put mine up for sale locally. I am up in the air between this hull and the Phantom.

No, unfortunately, in New Mexico there are not too many A/M hulls, so I just did research, listened to advice, and jumped on what I thought was best for what I do which is almost solely Flat Water riding. I wanted Full Carbon, and Jeff built me exactly what I wanted. It is in transit, estimated delivery date is today or tomorrow, so getting pretty excited. Hope to do more flipping than flopping this summer, but we will see how quickly I adapt and learn.

It actually came down to Phantom and RIP, but in the end the RIP won out for me. Both look like solid options though, so I don't think you could go wrong.

That's awesome man. Cant wait to here the ride report. Id also like to hear how the two hulls differ. I currently have a bob, and love it just like to upgrade. I have rode a phantom and feel in love with it. Been talking to josh the builder seems good. But ive heard a lot of good things about your hull as well. I will stay tuned for the report!!!!! Congrats Bro
