CarbonCore xfs

It's basically 20lb lighter than a fiberglass XFS (which they don't really make anymore) with the bottom deck design of the Competition (larger intake tract, and requiring a longer intake grate, carbon fiber RRP grate is $500). The cost is a bit more than a fiberglass. Up to you if you think it's worth the cost, but they're a pretty good compromise. Competition is probably 30 lbs lighter

I ordered mine like 4 months ago. Apparently its on the boat now. Should be here soon.

What was said above is the same I was told. If i was to do it again id go either glass or comp. Not the in between carbon core.

Stupid Q maybe, but are you saying comp is 30lb lighter than the glass weight or 30lb lighter then the core weight one totaling 50lb lighter then glass?
