Carburetor Drippling

Yes return is always the upper. You'll need to tap the outlet side of your tee to a m5 x .75 pitch. No need to drill it out. Start with a 60 main and you'll want to adjust it with a fuel pressure Guage. 1-2psi at idle with pump in the water. Start with a 60 and get a 70,80,85,90 main and try it. Best to jet get a gauge so you don't to guess. I got a gauge on Amazon for cheap.

^^^ this or it might even be cheaper to order a Y already setup for a jet from Jetmaniac if you don’t have the tap already!
I’d be curious to see what your pressure is now before you drill out the return

It looked like they were already drilled out.
My bad, I can’t get a high quality image to load
But if they are drilled out and he wasn’t running a restrictor jet at all he would have stupid low pressure and no dribble
So if they are drilled maybe he has a clog somewhere?? Ive seen small pieces of dirt do this on jetted returns but not so much on open ones

I second that. Don't go messing with them. Let Art take a look at them and be done with it. They didn't need to be drilled out before, so there's a problem elsewhere.
The real question is did these carbs always do this on THIS motor??
He’s running a 4mm stroker crank, there’s a stronger signal, they need drilled out to accommodate.
If you’re going to send them out maybe you could just source some bigger carbs from Art setup ready to rip and sell the ones you have, would make a world of difference on your setup.

Probably a better suggestion if this is a new, bigger motor.

Appreciate all the suggestions and help

I did try drilling the carb returns and tried several jets sizes, however the 1 carb is still leaking out the top.

Any other suggestions? Anyone one what causes this leak? The fuel dripples out from the small tiny port holes around the circumference of the venturi.

Double the pop off and see if it fixes it. Takes literally 10 minutes and it's the only thing you haven't tried.

Fuel pressure didn't do a damn thing to my 1100. Swapped a ton of dif jets. 1 psi to 7 psi. Absolutely no difference in riding at all. Still dribbled
