Spring should read 115g. Gives approx. 19psi.

Always verify the popoff pressure with a gauge. The springs can be very inaccurate.
This past weekend, I double-checked popoff in my 48 Full Spec. I had 2.3 N&S and 115g spring - this should give 22psi.
Two 115 g springs gave me 26-27 psi, and a third one gave just below 20.

I run an ported X cylinder by Tim Judge/X cases, bpipe, ada head w/ 33's, 46 single, stock F/A, lightenend flywheel.

I just changed my carb setup this weekend.

132.5 low
140 high
2.0 n+s
80 gram spring

I had 130 low, 145 high, 2.0 n+s, 80 gram spring and it was decent, just lacked a little low end. My new combination seems stronger. One of those two should get you in the ball park.

Anyone here running a single 48 TLR w/ b-pipe?

I got mine today and this is how it is jetted:

112.5 Pilot
155 Main
2.5 N/S
95 gm spring
15 lbs pop-off

The previous owner was running basically the same setup as me except for he had a head also. Just seeing if there are any other opinions out there. I found a post on the other site that had some specs that were WAY different than this setup. I tried to email TLR but got no response.
