Blew up my 750 small pin yesterday, looks like a piece of the lower connecting rod bearing entered the combustion chamber, and beat everything up. now i have many decisions to make, luckily i have a little money put away for a car, about 1500, just got a nice raise too. I just rode a RN yesterday, and a wave blaster, didnt do very well on either one, im on my first season on my 750,off of a 440. so do i spend 400 on a crank, another 250 on topend and even more on misc, stuff, or do i buy a sbt engine, big pin or an, 800, i have heard those sbts arent great. i just dont think i want to spend a bunch of money and still have a small pin motor. 701 motor would be nice, but probly cost serious cash right? benifit to buildin a yama motor, is that i could swap over to a super jet real easy. i do like my heavy ass ski, but know the potential is somewhat limited hmmmmm
