Freestyle Cart tank extra valve

hei guys is it nessasary too run a extra one way in a cart tank, that allready have one in the gas cap. The one in cap does not flow nealy the same as a superjet one ? I have a bit off hesation when i hit the throttel (dasa 1000 power bomb 48s ATP flame)

I got that same tank. I bought the extra pick up clunk for dual carbs. then I tapped a male barbed fitting in the cap for the vent. then I tapped another male barb fitting for the return. I will post a pic tonight.
