Cavitation due to pump shoe sealant

So I've been slowly losing bottom end and I've come to realize it's my pump cavitating worse every ride.. I've been running the same prop all year only recently swapped pump stators because the veins where blown out on the first one.. was looking at my shoe and most of the sealant on the shoe is cracking.
Is this my issue ?

Tried to upload pics last night keeps saying image is to large. Ill try to use a different phone and see if that works. Is you're intake is under negative pressure, so if there's any cracks it will suck air from rideplate/ pump cavity?

no ski is ever going to cavitate from the rideplate, so no need to silicone that ever. my second rickter started to cavitate and by removing the intake grate, I just siliconed it from the under side around the rubber pump to shoe seal and that was the problem. before you start tearing everything apart, you could use silicone to diagnose where the problem is just to be sure first. I never did pull my pump, just added silicone when the leak came back.

air blair

Way to functional. So much for overthinking the problem.
