Custom/Hybrid Cavitation issue

Carbon 08+ SJ hull with a fully ported 718 engine, b-pipe, and basically every mod that can be done to it. Driveline is a 144 SKAT SB with a hooker 10/16, SBT wearing, OEM reduction nozzle, ATP freestyle exit nozzle. Grate is a WR228.

Issue kicks inn at startup, never at speed. 4-5hours on the setup, and never had it caveating. It started after fine-tuning the carbs. But can this power lineup really spin a 10/16 hooker with a fad bloke on the ski?!?

Any suggestions or hints is much appreciated! :)
