CDI help

Hello all! I’m new to X-H2O but could use a little...well a lot of help. I have a 1988 Wetjet and I’m in desperate need of a CDI. The one that went bad is a Nippon Denso 070000-0641. I’d like to buy another or an acceptable substitute. That’s all! Ps, I’ve attached a pic of my toy. I’d love to hear feedback.

How do you know it is the CDI?

I have installed 440/550 stator coils on a Cuyuna before, perhaps you can convert
the CDI to a 440/550 cdi-coil assembly from the 81' and up engines.
