All jokes aside. Urs does look shorter. If ur doing straight freestyle I imagine Ull b fine but for freeride Id go with the next longer option. I leave mine all the way in for every day riding and the ffh makes it tolerable. I couldn't swing a shorter pole and enjoy all day rides.

I am pretty sure mine has a 21 core. I had special ordered it. If you bought it used perhaps its not a standard length???? Or maybe xmetal changed what comp length was?

I am running a comp pole on mine 18" core, and I also have an extra for sale. PM me for info.

18" core is comp length
25" core is standard

Not sure what the core is..but here is a pic of mine laid down..and this is adjusted all the way out it would put the bars about 3/4 of the way to the back of the hood. Looks slightly shorter than yours Pablo but not certain since I don't have the steering on.

Has anyone stuck with a longer pole on the Chan? I am considering one right now but don't need to flip, just want a highly tossable flatwater fun machine that won't kill my back.

I am running a standard right now..overall it's a great length, might be a tad long bud definitely is good for an overall freeride length..however, I am currently on the hunt for a mid length to get it a bit shorter.
