kamakazi chris came out sunday instead of saturday, to meet his future X : )= marky chan was there on hollywoods old chan , danor on my old freak and me and josh had our junk up and rippin. marky chan didnt get any gopro time since he was mostly beached with a hangover and afraid to get in the water with the yolo county boat cops in the area.

it used to be better about 10 years ago. huge boats throwing huge wakes all day long. now we are lucky to get any nice size boats. over the years, as the boats get smaller, i just upped my HP and hull quality. i dont even like to waste motor or fuel chasing. as soon as i get josh's junk off my trailer, i'll bring a hopped up beater superjet just to chase with and when i put my xs1200 boat together, that will be flat water only.

Yeah seems like most people down here in TX are doing the mid 700-900cc engines in a/m hulls. Perfect for boat chasing.

There was a friggin’ idiot wearing a Hulk Hogan-style doo rag riding a couch wreaking havoc by riding up the gut during the boat chases. You can see him at the 2:10 mark in the video as I’m approaching a wake to jump. Sure wish Dave (Wave Warrior) was with us yesterday to tell him to get the hell away from the boat.

Nice vid. It looked pretty chaotic behind those boats at times especially when you land and those two superjets are landing from the other side of the wake and you ride in between them... Full face all day haha. I should have came up, I was dodging cigaret boats and riding crappy chop in Pittsburg Saturday

The two SuperJets belong to Ron and his son Jessie. They're identical except Jessie's has a black nose. On that close jump, I caught Ron and Jessie in my peripheral vision. I'm glad I landed a little longer than Jessie. So yeah, it can be like a feeding frenzy when a big boat comes through. We just have to watch out for the couches since they generally don't follow the protocol.

You should come out to Miller Park sometime. It would be a bit of a drive. I know the Ski Clinic guys come out to Miller Park or Camp Far West and they're in Antioch.
