The bad: I pulled this from a running ski that I bought. It had clearly spent some time flooded as the cases are super soft and the whole engine shows signs of corrosion. One of the starter mounts was damaged, so I'm including a starter that is backed on for that mount. No bed plates or reeds included
The good: the pistons look to be in much better shape that the exterior, it ran pretty strong. 145/145 before I pulled it in the fall

Interested, but what do you mean the cases are soft?

I tried to drill out the broken starter bolt, it was just kind of crumbling around the bolt, hence why I backed it on.
