Like the title says. The gaskets are $3 plus $1 shipping to the lower 48. I can ship international if needed. These gaskets are .030" thick and are 100% fiber. There is no metal in these gaskets like some of the others out there. The gaskets have a bigger bore to accommodate ported pipes. My gaskets are 51mm. (Stock is 47mm) I've been running these gaskets for the past 2 years with no issues at all. It's just a much cheaper alternative than the OEM factory pipe gaskets which are $11 each. As of right now I have 50 in stock. I'm sure they will start selling quick. Depending on interest I'll have another batch made. PM me if you have any questions.
Thanks.

1) are these okay to use with a stock bore size?

2) can a pipe safely be opened to the gasket size (I would be doing it by hand, actually it's a kawi 750 headpipe and 650 westcoast manifold on my x2)

3) does these get destroyed when you take the head pipe off? I have some stock style ones I've been able to reuse a few times (have to remove the pipe to get the motor out or do any work on the x2).

Thanks.

1)Yes, they work fine with the stock bore size.

2)Pipes can usually be opened up quite a bit. I usually go to 49-50mm on Yamaha applications. I take no responsibility for you porting your pipe, that is your decision.

3)The chances of reusing your gasket depends on the surface of your components and the install procedure. I've reused the gasket on my super jet at least 3 times and it's holding up great.

The first one I used got trashed the first time I pulled the head pipe off. Luckily I bought more than one, so the next one I put a light coating of grease on both sides and the gasket is good for multiple head pipe removals now.

Gasket life all depends on how your prep your mating surfaces and how you prep your gasket. Sorry that happened to yours.

Bump for some more gaskets. I'm shipping more of them out in the AM.
