Cheap Beach dolly/Stand Design - Opinions

Hey all, I have thrown together a beach cart design. I already had a set of wheels from another cart project. The posted design is my newer design, it's not far off the original.

Let me know what you guys think.

Minus the wheels and screws I think I spent about $30.00.

Constructed of 1/2" Ply, 2x4's mainly and teh pvc is 18" long and 12" center on center

Just make sure the PVC has a large enough diameter to keep it off the board undernieth or off the axle if you go without the board.

no need to weld robert used a pool ladder for his if I can recall correctly. Its a nice set up, its under the build section. I think?

I have my old cart I am selling LOCALLY for $125 as-is. The wheels and tires are perfect condition. I broke one of the "rails" but it can be easily fixed by through bolting some 1/2" aluminum strips. I already have the aluminum and I will throw it in the deal.
