Maybe someone has done there homework/shopping around already? Any input?
if you can find one for 560 I'd jump on it....good call on the venture crank, I searched about 10 differnt models and everything else showed 700+
I picked up one for 560ish in my avatar motor...and that was as cheap as I could find
then again, sometimes you get lucky!

Have you looked for any good used cranks? l got lucky last week and got a complete motor out of a fresh water 96 waveventure for $150,but l also had to buy a 89 550 kawi(running $50) to make the deal. The yamaha had only 56 hours on it.lt had a light seizure in the rear cyl,but that was the only thing wrong.
30% off list at Yamaha Sports Plazza. The link below will take you to one for $561.53 but if you search some of the other models they show up for $757.02? Worth calling them.

I've seen other dealers list them for over $900.
Score dude!!! Wow. $561 ordered. Lets see if it works.
For what ever reason 760 cranks are cheaper than all the rest, always have been.
Let us know if they give any flak.

I have always had good luck with South Seattle. They have great prices. Not always the lowest, the majority of the time they do.
650/701/760 all are the same crank i found out
rods are not the same on a 760. same lenth. holes in the small end and the big end has some small cut out in it. i think that was it.
