check valve grommet tool

I have to rebuild a mikuni carb and I need a 2mm ball end tool to insert the check valve grommets.I have rebuilt these before but I would like to save myself the time and the headache and just have the tool. The only problem is I cannot find this tool anywhere.Does anyone know where i can buy one of these or maybe a whole set?

The pin out of an 1/8 inch pop rivet is just the thing..

(and I agree a real tool would be nice)

Grind a minuture screwdriver down and round the end then polish it up so that it smooth. That works great I made one about 4 years ago. I keep it around just for these carbs.

It is just long enough that the flare on the screwdriver gets tight as it pops through. So you won't have a blow out. Super easy to make took less than 10 minutes.

WARNING! Use at own risk. I tried a 2.5mm ball end Allen wrench and put a hole through the rubber grommet.

that is what i used and a little valesine on the carb body just a little dont go nuts with the valseline works great, at our local place that sells mikuni parts and stuff they could not order me that tool, i dont think its even listed in the hot water products
