I recently purchased Chris's FX1. From the start, Chris's communication was superb. He stated his ski as he saw it and let no detail go unknown. We initially tried to set up a time to meet a short distance from his house. However, the plans ended up falling through on my end of things. He understood and we kept at bay the purchase of his ski. I than spoke with him a few more times about the ski before I decided to pull the trigger. At that time I sent over the payment via paypal. I know this was a huge bargain, not seeing or hearing the ski run. However, Chris sent multiple pictures of every defect that he had saw in the paint. He then overnighted the registration and bill of sale. I than created a Uship accounty to transport the ski, as my work schedule would conflict with me running down to pick the ski up. I than had a transporter lined up only to fall through a day before the scheduled pickup. I let Chris know the situation and he was ok with the deal. I resposted the Uship ad and had a company lined up for the same day as the other transporter. I called Chris immediately to let him know. He was ok with the deal. Chris helped load the ski into the transporter's truck. He took pictures when the delivery service showed up. Pictured of the ski in the truck and pictures of there plate for claim purposes. The ski arrived about a half day later. At that time I looked over the ski, and approved the transaction. It was listed as Chris had stated. Chris is a great seller and I would recommend anything he lists. He states it as it is. There is no discrepency between anything he posts to the actualy way it is. Chris's communication is top notch and I would not hesitate to do business with again.
