I could have had this at Christmas but the prices were sky high so I decided to wait, I am glad I did availability was way up. price was way down so I ordered it.
Yeah . yeah I know what you are going to say , should of bought a Milwaukee, well I have a Milwaukee or had I should say had to be correct, it worked great for a few years then I started having issues with it, first the head wouldn't turn, I fixed that, then the light stayed on all the time and eventually it would not come on.

IMHO Milwaukee's are damn expensive and they only come with one battery, this one is less than half and it comes with two batteries, for what this one cost I will give it a shot, if it lasts half as long as the Milwalkee and it's less than half the price that equals a deal in my book, the reviews on these are quite good so we will see. what we will see.

I bought some inexpensive one similar on Amazon. It's a super useful tool, gets into spots the impact driver won't. Makes assembly easy too with not having too much torque.

I have carpal tunnel so this isn't a toy it's a necessity, I sure have missed not having one. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this one.

they do look similar but that Aoben has a different case for sure, batteries and charger look the same. This one feels much torquier than my Milwaukee did, it was 1/4 drive , that may be the difference. I have had electric ratchets for years I still have an old SKIL aluminum version around somewhere and a couple of SKIL newer versions, I didn't have much luck with any of the SKIL ratchets.

Used the kino ratchet at my cousins house a few weeks ago to do a honda timing belt worked well and had enough torque to get the job done.

I may have to try one of these again. I got a cheap pneumatic unit years ago that wasn't worth a damn so I just figured they were all useless with no torque.

My buddy swears by his milwaukee electric ratchet, using this one I used recently was my first experience with an electric one. My snap on air ratchets do a job and serve a particular purpose but anymore they mostly just collect dust unless Im doing timing belts.

It's basically for running fasteners in and out ,don't expect it to break them loose or torque them down, 6mm stuff yeah 8mm and up no dice, on something like removing or installing an exhaust or intake manifold ,ride plate , electrical box it's priceless.

I used it today to replace the bumper on my truck, I like it a lot, it works great ,no complaints so far.

One thing that sold me on the KIMO versus another Milwaukee , diehard, AC Delco etc was it came in a nice case with sockets and two batteries, for most that won't matter to me it does, you can just grab the case and go , no grabbing extra socket sets and no crapping out in the middle of a job and having to wait on a battery to recharge to finish up or finish up the job by hand.

You can buy this tool also in just a tote bag, no sockets , no extra battery, it's cheaper that way but to me not nearly as functional. They also make a longer extended reach version, space in these skis is sometimes limited so I wanted the smaller one.

Shop for your best deal, if you can buy a Diehard cheaper buy it it's the same ratchet, I got this one off of amazon for $77.75 that's shipped taxes included..

I also pulled the trigger on this since I already have batteries and a charger, for polishing inside the footwells on sitdowns you can't beat this tool.

I'd be inclined to lean towards the milwaukee because I have so many of the batteries already but the reviews are horrible. Stripped out gears seems to be pretty common.

Stripped out gears on mine, then the light stayed on and finally it would'n't turn on anymore, if you want to see something frightening look on Ebay , they are selling lots of milwaukee ratchets that are damaged or needing repairs, mine lasted eight years so not that bad really. Tere was enough room in the KIMO case for my midget set of Craftsman wrenches secured with a velcro tie strap so for most stuff I can just grab the case and go.

Making me eyeball mine. It's been through hell and back, 3 different continents and who knows how many states of jobs. It's served its purpose with flying colors as far as I'm concerned. The kimo one isn't bad, and these things are lifesavers for carpal guys like myself. I will probably just get another milwaukee since I have batteries

I look at it this way , I can almost buy three Kimos for what one Wilwalkee costs, it it lasts one third as long I am ok with that if it performs better than that I am golden.

You are right about the Carpal tunnel though, life is a b!tch without one of these tools , my electric impact and this ratchet see a lot of usage.

The KIMO polisher came in today, I scored it off of Ebay for $28.78 shipped , bare tool , no batteries, charger or pads , I ordered the pads off of Amazon for another $29.99 so I am in it for $58.77 total and the polisher was brand new just not in the box and the pad kits contains easily twice what the polisher would come with, not too shabby.

The impact ratchet milwaukee sells is the game changer. It has a pre set setting that will stop at 10in lbs for fastening. A reversal mode that automatically slows the socket speed when it's free. 175 true foot pounds of breakaway torque. And much stronger mechanism. I use one daily. For the past 18 months. I basically never use any other tool besides a torque wrench. No more busted knuckles. No more trying to jam a awkward shaped gun in somewhere

When buying a tool. Cry once. Cry at the price. Not every single time you use it

Edit. The right angle impact. I guess the only downside is you can't use it by hand. You have to impact. But the ratchet doesn't have a torque setting that will automatically stop. The impact does. So your more likely to strip fasteners with the ratchet
