Went to pick up a cylinder and drop off some other engine parts.

Chuck spent over 3 hours on a Saturday to answer any and all questions, explained things that I would never even think off and walked us (me and a friend who needed a motor) through the entire build process.
All we were after is some relatively basic motor combinations yet he treated us like his best customers.
Up front about everything and a SUPER nice guy.

I have never personally dealt with him but from what I have seen on the X he is always helping riders out with tuning advice engine help and not just trying to sell parts.

I think I will definitely go to him for my next motor.

Chuck has been a great help every time i have called. He has spent a good number of hours answering my questions and pms, and was patient and polite on each occasion, though im sure many of these questions have become quite repetetive for him.

I have a few things with him currently, and would not hestitate to do business with him again.

From what I have heard, his work is top notch, and from my experiences so far, his customer service is too.

Heck ya I'll second that. I bought a blaster a while back and brought it to him to have him look at it and he spent a ton of time looking it over with me and we figured out it had a bad crank and a stock CDI when it was supposed to have an Advent CDI! He didn't charge me a thing and saved me a ton of money cuz I took the blaster back and got my money back.

That sux that he's in Florida.... How about Keith Head?? He's only about an hour from me here in the expecting accumulating snow tonight state of Michigan.. Does he do good port work ???

It's just my opinion but you could not send your motor to a better person to do anything to your motor. He will personaly do anything you ask to your motor and you will be pleased. just shoot him a pm and he will help you with what you need. He had a few motors in there yesterday that were UPS'ed to him for misc work.

Just got a motor back from Chuckie and i i was very impressed with the work. He can be tough to get a hold of if you are trying to get a motor into him but once he has it, he'll spend the time you need talking to you about the setup, answer any questions you have in detail. I must have asked him a 100 questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Steer me in the ight direction with the motor and make sure i was getting what i needed.

I cant wait to get the ski in the ater and see how this thing hits. Ill update with a perfomance review once it warms up here.

I've been dealing with chuck for a few years now and after riding a few of the ski's with his motors. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm just lucky he's down the street otherwise I would be UPSing my motor. He put together a ripping dual carb 747cc motor for my B1, everbody I ride with is like what the hell is in that thing. :biggthumpup:
