Hey thanks for looking.. just sold my '94 Blaster and picked up my first standup ski - a 2015 Superjet - from Hamilton Yamaha on Friday. I'd never ridden one before and was obviously pumped to get it wet so we dumped it in the ~1 acre pond in my front yard. Everything went well and I had the basics down after a few laps but the ski is too quick for such a small pond, and it'd be a shame to put it into the trees. Next step is the bay or one of the local rivers (Navesink/Shrewsbury) near Middletown. There's usually a good amount of chop from boat traffic and I'm still getting the hang of handling the ski so I'm sure it's gonna get dumped a lot.. I plan on getting a bilge kit but until then will the factory scuppers be enough to keep me above water? Also.. I might just be missing it but is there a drainplug on the Superjet? Thanks in advance

Def invest in a bilge w/ a handlebar switch. SJ's have no drain plug like on kawis only the factory bilge that works as you ride.

Ps- if you decide to remove the stock graphics use a heat gun , especially on bottom deck or the paint will peel right off with em

Any suggestions on where to buy? I had the ski out all day yesterday and the scuppers worked really well, but when I washed the motor down at home I had to siphon all the water out with a garden hose.. A bilge would be nice
