Custom/Hybrid Codys 2016 Rickter Edge Build

So I just picked up my hull from tc a couple days ago and the build is underway. I live in Northern California and I will be riding this ski 70% in the delta 30% in the surf, I am coming from a hurricane hull, I wanted the rickter because it's a lot more stable than super light flatwater hull, I also wanted to ride more surf so I needed a hull that can take the beating that the ocean has. Here is what I got so far.

I was leaning more towards a motor and a pump, maybe a driveshaft and a midshaft

That sounds like a good starting point.

You could always bolt some stainless eyelets on the gunwales to mount some oars....

Pretty heavy I think around 120, some chime in if they know the actual weight

Well that plastic rrp shoe we put in sat in way to far like a quarter of an inch gap in between my pump seal and the pump shoe with all the bolts put in, so we had to break it out and put a different one in, my buddy Bryan had a brand new 144 Blowsion metal shoe he let me have so now I got a metal one that's pretty sweet lol, also got the midshaft aligned and the rear tank in

Pump aligned, cooling hoses on, steering cable and trim, running a 144 mag with hooker 11/17 and thrust trim

Spacers on motor and midshaft are on and the motor mounts in place, need to swap out that orange shim but besides that the motor is basically mounted
