Coffman Sizzler Water Routing

Have looked through lots of threads, looking for a simple detailed answer.

Ive got a fx1 with a 61x, coffman sizzler single cooling and planning on staying that way.

Ive got an ada head also. Am I supposed to plug one side of the head? If someone could give me how they route the water on thier 701 sizzler setup w/single cooling, thatd be great!

The main cooling line from the pump connects to the fitting on the manifold.

The fittings on the head connect to the fittings on the head pipe closest to the head. I have the front head fitting connected to the rear head pipe fitting. Opposite for the other.

The head fitting closest to the hull runs to a T. One line goes to a pisser the other to the exhaust stinger.

The headpipe is sealed from the manifold by the gasket. Water is generally routed the same as the Kawasaki 650s. I would make the rear bung the water outlet since the cooling port is drilled there. This will help clear out any debris.

Only need 1 pisser unless you are using a flow control

Here is mine.

3rd head pipe fitting to a T. T goes to stinger and to the pisser.
Its on a blaster so the pipe is curved. But the same concept.

arent there 3 outlets on the coffman headpipe? and I would still use 2 pissers with single cooling?
in the manifold, out the head. from the head to the rear of the headpipe, from the front of the headpipe to a pisser, from the top of the headpipe to the stinger. #3 off the headpipe is a pressure relief. I have mine blocked and the stinger is dried out.

The easiest way to keep water out of the exhaust and raise its temp is to use a large pisser in the outlet line and install an 1/8" restriction at the stinger.

why would I need a second pisser if running a flow control valve? If I simply have a restrictor going to the stinger, will I need another pisser?
no, one pisser out of the headpipe, the other to a restrictor to the stinger.

to clarify my stinger is completely closed off, as there are water ports in the headpipe that inject water into the exhaust already.

im confused. when i say pisser, im referring to the outlet attached to the hull. im only planning on doing one of those. If I run the same setup as @JMew03 , and run a restrictor from the t to the stinger, ill be good with just a single water outlet, right?

You may want to check the running temp of your waterbox. It could be getting over 200F, adding a .125 stream will keep it under around 150 at full power.

If you have single cooling and 2 outlets on the head, run them both to a wye with a single line going to your pipe. This could be different if your pipe has more than 2 fittings (excluding the stinger).

if you have a AM head make sure you either have twin input cooling on the manifold (one per cylinder) or a restriction on the rear cylinder cooling line off the head to prevent overcooling the rear and undercooling the front.
