SX/SXi/SXi Pro Coffmans pipe overheat! Help!!!

I'm worried my coffmans full pipe is overheating and not sure why.. The chamber is boiling water but the engine and manifold is not. I thought I sucked up some weeds but I pulled the pipe out and blew it out with the compressor as well as all the water lines. The motor seems to run fine but I haven't ran it hard since I noticed and it is pissing water just fine.

Any ideas???

Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by headpipe? But I haven't changed any cooling Lines since I bought the ski and I have ridden it without the pipe getting hot before in the same set up

Here's the pic sorry it's not very close but it shows the pipe routing. One of the lines does get T'ed into the pisser I noticed.

Still having this problem, I read that the coffmans pipes have a pin size hole that is supposed to drip water into the pipe and it can get clogged with carbon has anyone herd of this? I'm at a loss of where to find the problem any other thoughts?
