Coffman's Rocket Pipe Install Instructions

Quinc I did order the Kawasaki grommets and plastic washers for the chamber that I still need to install I will be drilling them out to accept the M10 fasteners. My chamber bracket broke on our last ride of the season so I am having 2 made up so I have a spare. My issues is the spacers (washers) on the case bolt this I assume is critical to not apply pressure to the rest of the mounting bracket. The M10 case bolt was wasted and I will need to chase the case threads to clean them up. If I do not get this corrected I will have ditch this pipe as it is tearing up the case. I really like how the pipe performs I just need to get it mounted correctly. When I picked up the ski the bracket was there but not mounted at all to the case or cylinder.
Can one of you guys let me know where to pick up the rubber grommets/lord mounts for the expansion chamber? Will the Protec mounts work?

When I put my new engine in and take my rocket pipe out I will and can scan and email it to you with dimensions. Be a couple weeks though.

I will be pulling the motor out of my Blaster this week to install my new bracket. I had two made up in our tolling department. Once I have mine fitted I will have a print of the bracket made up and post it.

Here is how my rocket turned out. I will get the Kawasaki grommet part numbers tomorrow and try and get that bracket drawing done this week.

I realize this is an old post... However, where did you order those grommets and washers? I could use some new ones. Having mounting issues with the pipe.

I just bought 6 of them on ebay for 24$ Shipped. Just drilled them out and picking up new bolts/lock nuts tomorrow for it. Maybe @Scraggly can make something better?

Finally happy with the low end response on my coffman pipe so I drew up a picture to share.
The filter is a 1/4" inline filter from mcmaster. I have been running it on and off for 2 seasons now and still isn't plugged up. the chamber gets a lot hotter but not sizzling hot.

I still need to try with a fcv after the Tee and before the 67.5 jet. But for now I am really happy with it.

The tee is optional only if you have two pissers otherwise the line from the top of the chamber to the bottom of the chamber (stinger) can just be one water line with out the tee that is the stock set up.

I realize this thread is old, however, how would the routing in that picture change or does it need to change if running dual cooling to the mani?
