My riding is mostly in sub-60 degree water. It gets to 65 a couple months, but mostly , it's below 60. I have always ran only one line to the motor, only one head outlet.
Runs great.
Just a little update on this thread.
I put a ball valve in my second cooling line and left it closed for the Lanier ride. So basically I was running single cooling for the weekend and my ski ran fine with no overheating issues. I'm under the impression that I could have run my motor a little hotter without an problems.
Anybody know the water temps last weekend at Lanier?
If I ever get around to buying an infrared thermometer I'll do a little more testing this summer and post what I find.
Later
Steve
