Other Cold Weather Gloves

What is everyone using for cold water gloves? I don't want to install hot hands on my ski. I've been looking at the Patagonia R3 (3mm) gloves. Im concerned if they're going to give me serious arm pump. Otherwise i'll step down to a 1.5mm.. Water temps are 40F+ Air temps 40+

Bottom line you want lobster claw style with a loose wrist so you do not get arm pump

I've used tried everything from 2 to 5 mil gloves. Anything above 2 mil gives me terrible arm pump. If you can get by with 2mm, do it. Otherwise run a hot hands mod...
