BTW, has anyone been to this spot before? This is where the Flatwater event is supposed to happen Friday. Where is the beach?

Yes, that is where it is every year, and there is no beach, well not much anyways. There is probably about 100' of actual beach, probably twice that of open shore line.

I don't know either, but 'make it work' wasn't what I was expecting, your comment was what I was expecting. It's all good, ill be there Friday with my gear, ready to ride.

I am pretty sure the guy who does all the Freeride work doesn't really have much to do with the flatwater thing, I would go as far as to say he has never had anything to do with it, I wouldn't worry about it to much. You will know on Friday when you are in the right place.

Yup..... It's all good. Not even worried. I pretty much have all day to ride so as long as nobody destroys a backie chan before I ride it, I'm golden. Maybe I'll bring my camera and shoot some pics while I'm there.
