I don't think they need to regulate that. We have too many regulations. People shouldn't be able to sue if that thing wrecks. Watch the video, tell them they can die, waiver optional. Do stupid things and suck may happen to you. Shouldn't be able to sue over it. Shouldn't be regulated. People should be allowed to get themselves killed if they like.

I don't ride it 30+ MPH past, around or through large rock formations or debris at arms length.

Just like one man planes/helicoptors here in the US....no license required...but as soon as you put a second person on board..bam

You can't fly a 2-seater without a license/training. Well, you can, but not legally, so... The only ones you can fly without any kind of license are 254lbs or less single seaters with 5 gallons of fuel or less and very slow top speed.
