cooling issue

Hi,


I ve rebuild a motor for a friend of mine.

Setup is
Stock unported 61x cylinder prox piston .Gap as they tell
Type b limited
Decked stock head (minus 0.6 mm)
Dual cooling
2° timing mod
Stock dual 38 carb except the jet for the b pipe
and stock ecu

The ski just Keep overheating ( the temp sensor limit the ski after 2 or 3 straight line at wot )

Is this a common issue with this kind of setup ?Water is about 27 to 30° today

Do i need to just get rid of the sensor ?Or i need to search for another issue ?

How is your cooling routed and what is the flow like out of your pissers?

Dual output from the pump
Dual input on the manifold
Rear cylinder to pisser
Front cylinder to botom of the pipe
Top of the pipe to a T pisser
Stinger

Routing is good. Are you getting water out of both your pissers?

Is it really overheating? I'd use a heat gun to verify what the temperature of the head & cylinder are and also verify the temperature of the exit water.

Can Someone tell me what temp i need to have on the head ?

Flow on the pisser is strong. Pipe is setup correctly
