Cooling lines keep coming off

I am running a Speedwerx dry pipe on my 98 SJ along with a 5mil stroker 85.5 bore. Twice now my cooling line into the manifold has came off. Once it came off the line going into the pipe. Twice I caught it before it happened. When they are attached they seem to be flowing fine? Could there be something clogging up in the manifold or pipe?

Or it is getting too hot for your lines. What temp are they rated for? I assume you are using some quality hose clamps as well, yes? Dual cooling or single? How many pissers??

I have new blue cooling line. Gonna try new clamps. I have 3 pissers. I am running dual cooling one line into the manifold and one into the pipe. 2 lines off the head over board one with a jetworks restrictor and one from the pipe over board. I was wondering about the hot thing also.

Are you tightening the clamps down enough? Are the fittings barbed? Even if the cooling line isn't rated to your temperature, it shouldn't be sliding off if it's tight enough. Instead it would just melt and then pull apart with the clamp still on the barb...ask me how I know...lol.

Does the "new blue cooling line" have a white silicone core? I had problems with this type of line before. It was air hose from Lowe's or Home Depot. I didn't have the same problem as you, but the hose would come off the fittings easier than rubber-cored hose and when I had an overheating problem it would tend to collapse because the silicone was very pliable, especially when heated up.
