I'd appreciate it. On the bright side this was the only time I've had this happen, but when I feel bad I just read some of the horror stories in the negative feedback page and it makes this seem minor.

He was out of that shop a long time ago. He has been running the business from his house. Havent talked to him in a while but ill see if I can get him to respond for you.
