Other Crank question

I have a crank works 10 mm that i have run in my dasa for two seasons. I am freshening up the motor. Not sure if I should use this crank? It has some rust on it, but all the bearings are smooth and the rods are tight.

Looking for some input thanks image.jpg image.jpgimage.jpg

id run it, but if your nervous send it out. Whats worse, the rebuild of the crank or the rebuild of whatever it blows up if she decides to get hungry?

If the outside of the bearings are rusty u can bet the insides of the bearings were too at some point but it cleaned it off last time it was ran. All u have to do is ask yourself whats it gonna cost when the bearing comes apart and the rod punches a hole through your motor?? I would have it rebuilt. Best to be safe..

yea thats a little odd. Id just be sure when your done riding that its run good and hot to clear out any moisture in the bottom end. my entire motor went for a swim last year, and it didnt leav a mark, but i fired it up right after and rode it for around 2hrs that day post swamp.
