You should have made it down, it was a lot of fun.
I started off riding like a$$, but toward the end doing alright.
On my last trip out, I got my legs back and started to launch some. I lined up a great wave, hit it, and quickly realized how bad I need straps and/or holds. I didn't press hard enough out with my feet, came out of the tray, boat landed and then I landed a$$ first on the gunwale. Ouch!!!
Ski was running a bit rough, so I need to figure out the problem with that.
But at least the battery terminal came lose when Penguin was a few hundred yards out; therefore, I didn't have to worry about that.

Next time! I'm making a pile of fun parts to install on my Blaster, so hopefully that will get done by the end of the month (including a rattle can spray job). I will be out riding this weekend if you want to swing by the house...

I actually zipped passed on Saturday after I got back.
A lot more fun to clear out the salt.

yes - best free fireworks show in Houston. All the fireworks stands take credit cards and every Redneck tires to outdo the guy down the beach.
