That enclosure looks like it is custom CNC'd from Teflon or something similar. I deal with a lot of IP67/4X enclosures and none of the manufacturers I know have anything like that.

So if it provides RFI protection, can we run non-resistor type plugs...?
You'd still have RFI coming back in through the plug wires. It is extremely difficult to build a completely shielded box that has a bunch of wiring runs come in and out.
You have to run resistor plugs. There is absolutely no advantage to be had going with non-R plugs.
