Custom One Piece Silicone Exhaust Pipe for Xscream and More

Hello,

I designed these custom silicone exhaust tubes for our Freestyle Hulls. My friends and I have numerous skis and have had great success with these silicone tubes.

They fit between the Water Box and Exit pipe in the Hull. Simple one piece design, and you can trim to exact fitment. They are designed with a hump in them so water cannot fill your box and pipe full while you have your ski floating in the water.

This is such a clean super compared to all the Hardware Hank setups most people have on their skis. Simple one piece tube with a clamp on each end. Eliminate all your couplers and aluminum piping.

We have successfully installed this hose on the following skis.

DVX w/ 1105 and PF Pipe and Waterbox
DVX w/ 1200 and PF Pipe and Waterbox
Helium w/ 1100 and PF Pipe and Waterbox
WDK with 927 and WDK Wet Pipe
DVX w/ 900RR and PF Pipe
TrixStar w/ 850 and TNT Pipe and Waterbox

We have sold over 50 of these and everyone loves them.

Before this one I had a short straight piece off the water box to a aluminum 45 and then another straight piece to the back of the ski. Worked ok just was a lot of unnecessary clamps and connections. When I put in my 1200 the intake mani would hit one of the tbolts when my motor moved forward and kept pushing my pfp off the manifold a little. Getting rid of all the unnecessary clamps and 45 with this hose made it a lot cleaner and solved my issue

Please send me another silicon exhaust tube when you have time, no huge hurry, hull won't be here for another month or so. The two I got from you this spring worked great and need another one for the new build
