Super Jet D-Cut rideplate tool of choice

For a regular cheap-a$$ do-it-yourselfer, what is the best power hand tool for d-cutting a ride plate?
Jigsaw? Sawzall? Other?

l used a cut off wheel and then filed the rough edges.Seems like a jig would vibrate like crazy

Jigsaw then file to remove the edges.

Cut off wheel and sanding drum in an air die grinder. Finished edge is smoothed and radius like factory. 15min

Jig saw plus a die grinder to clean the edges. Took me like 5 minutes or less.

I used a hole saw and then finished off with a sanding drum in the die grinder.
