Just do what SXRForever did and put a Yamaha motor in it, he couldn't be happier and he was very pro Kawisucky at first too.

SXR cylinders do crack like that. I saw a pic of one that litterally cracked all the way around. Top separated from the bottom.

Usually though when a dry pipe is used.

Welded it all back on and it got too hot and warped the inner cyllinder enough that the piston won't barely go back in....gotta do a new top end and bore it over one.

I know that the aluminum had to be welded right where it actually touches the cyliner...he said it didn't get too hot, but it was enough to move it.

That's a bummer dude.
One disappointment after another.
I truly hope you can get it fixed and have time to shred in Dayton.
