i have a set of each SE 50's on my ski's they come pretty close out the box for jetting honestly, a great base to start and tune with. ive had both sets apart and there is no difference between the ninja ones from Chris and the SE 50's from TC. except the diaphragm plate has a different logo that's it ( one says ninja and one says SE with the wings) they come with the exact same jetting high and low and needle and spring. also Blowsion now stocks SE carbs as well i just saw.
as i live up north and the water is colder even in summer ,changed the main jet to 115 from 110, changed the needle to 2.0 and 115gram spring and 140 pilot from 145
my motor doesn't get hot in the lake up here so i had to lean out my pilot so that it wouldn't bog and load up, once its into the rpm she sings so went one richer main i can probably go one more to a 120 in the hot months of summer.
i do run VP C12 50/50 with chevron 94 octane pump gas as my ninja 1200 in my ifs is pump gas domes , but my ninja 1200 in my revolver is 42cc race gas domes. hope this helps anyone cheers
