Dasa 1100 or ET 1100

That's what I'm thinking I will have to do get an oem 155 and my Solas 148 was a waste of money.

Any pump can work for any engine, that has been proved in the past, its all in the prop and tuning. You can tune a pump like you tune your engine. Not saying a 155 wouldn't work better but I wouldn't go as far as saying the 148 was waste of money

Go with what ever engine manufacturer that has parts available or else you could be waiting nearly a year. I do really really like my tpe 1025, but the wait scares me a little. IF I were to ever need parts, how long is it gonna take and how much down time between rebuilds? I know it happens with all manufactures.... but availability on parts will be a major factor if I ever build another high HP motor.

Go ahead and order back up parts now!

Php crank...... The 2 options they list are probably for an adr crank or crankworks crank, adr is good but it's 2 pounds heavier than a stock crank.

@d_moss The ET stock stroke and ET 1107 10mm does not have auxiliary exhaust ports, their new ET 900X comp does though. None of DASAs cylinders have auxiliary exhaust ports.
ALL TPE engines do have auxiliary exhaust ports and also differ from all other engines by rocking as precision cast alu cylinder with nicasil plating.
You can get all the diffrent answers you want, some people swear DASA, some ET and some TPE. I think what TPE did and does is really great and is the closet thing to a real high HP "factory" engine with its design. With that being said.
If you buy the "best" cylinder/engine, i wont matter if you wont get it setup right and wont get the pump setup right for the engine setup.
I can only say i got nothing but the best service with TPE, really great service, knows they stuff and support their customers.
