Freestyle Dasa 1100 question

Ok, so I just built a ski with a new Dasa 10mil 1100 motor. I took my time and aligned the drive line perfectly and my ski shakes like crazy... The best way I can explain it is, it feels like I'm riding a Harley. You can actually hear the hull and pole resonating. Is this normal? I know big bore and big stroke = vibration but, I don't know if what I'm experiencing is a normal or not. I don't know anyone that has a similar setup to reference either. I am completely ok with the amount of vibration if its normal and I'm not damaging anything... But if the shaking is more than normal, I want to figure out what's causing it and fix it.

Any feedback from the 10mil 1100 users?

I have a 16 mil 1200 and my buddy has a 10 mil 1100 and they definitely shake more than a 701, but neither of ours shakes like you're describing. What motor mounts are you running?

For what it's worth, my 850 had a bit of a shake. But did smooth out once it got spinning. My cousin hated riding my boat at first because he felt it was going to fall apart.

Yes, that's how mine feels, like it's going to shake itself apart. It does smooth out after I bring the rpms up though.

I was just was thinking... Could my MSD TL settings contribute to the shake I'm seeing? I had Thrust set my brain before they shipped it to me so I assume it's good, but maybe there was something overlooked or a mistake made and that might explain why it runs rough (and produces a large amount of shake) in a certain rpm range. Just a thought... I don't know, thinking out loud here...
