That was my thought aswell so I started to blow through it both with tank cap on and off and it's solid. It doesn't let anything in or out. I've investigated it pretty closely. That's a dead end. Capped. No other vents either.

Gonna try and blow some with the airgun under the hood of the cap . Tried manually but it might not be enough. I hope it's not from aliexpress.... Found some looking like it

Well I be dam.....that little bugger was toast. Looked like it had erroded internally however that could happen.. (China junk?)
Didn't let anything into the tank or out. Totally stuck.
Had a hot products in reserve. Doesn't look as good but will most likely work

Hi guys just wanted to say thanks for the help. Running fine now with a new check valve and even better with gapped plugs.
Ran 3 tanks of fuel through it... Got some angry neighbour's 60+ as usual screeming it sounded like a cross track so that's a good sign

You have a carburation issue. Going to a "hotter" plug is just a band aid fix. Put some smaller brass in that baby and see if it helps.
