Used Dasa 865cc $3500

I have seen some dasa’s that are high compression that will run on pump. They open up the squish band but lower the dome cc.

The older 850s had hand ported cases and rip.

As is mine, though I'm running VP110 fuel. Static CR is around 14:1 (Dynamic CR of about 15.5:1 with power valves DOWN I believe). Competitive rebuilt crank. 60-thou squish band on custom cut 38cc domes. 220/240 psi up/down PV. Its pulled through 80+ gallons of fuel which is around 20 hours estimated. Custom ported cyl. It rips like a 950.

Hu? Well not sure what you mean by the social media comment - None at all. I'm trying to be helpful since I like these motors?

Every PV engine I've tested always changed compression readings up vs down; so I'd say it all depends on who set up this engine. Maybe those PVs are cut back further from the cylinder than mine? Maybe the engine's BD timing or someone lifted the boost port / is ported differently? GLWS. Great motor!

Looks like there may be a powervalve issue here. Could be worn out/sloppyor maybe was never correctly clearanced.
