Yes, Kyle is the man always go to the builder first. Case is 32ft lbs, Head is 22 ft lbs. If Kyle cannot help with Flame and PFP tuning specs call Chris at ATP, he will set ya straight. :)

Being in Australia it's hard to call but Kyle did get back to me about jetting but what about exit nozzle what would everyone recommend

Exit nozzle bore, impeller pitch, and pump cone size are must be tuned together to match your setup. There is no one right nozzle bore.

I runned a 885 10mm with this specs for the pump 12-17 c75 skat trak prop 86 nozzle but it was a bit underpropped so i think 13-19 c75 will bring you in the good range.
For the flame i think 15 dg advance from 0-1200 29 dg advance from 1500-4500 and go in a straight line back to 14dg advance with 8500 rpm limit.
This was how i put my 885 ignition maybe not the wildest setup but it will be reliable and when it runs good you can test a bit with a little more and longer advance but you need to be carefull you dont go over the edge.
