Dave's (Freestyle0930) Build (With Parts Donated From The X)

First of all Thank You again to everyone who has helped make this possible. I recieved the first donated part today from Charles (Crammit442) so I figured I would start the build thread. Thank you Crammit for the nice hot rods crank. Here are some pictures of the hull and the donated crank. The first thing I did was remove all the sponsor stickers, I am still working on removing all the glue. If I get a nice day I will take it outside and start scrubbing.

Nice Paul... I got an extra stand for you ! LOL also a nice warm garage with boobies and beer if you need it... Just about done with jimmy's ski so there will be plenty of room !

Also bought that stuff to clean turf, and if turf does not come clean, I have more to put new on !

I am holding off on the head.. I am gona see what money we can get together to get a used ADA from Mark. If that dosent work out I will let you know and we will mill a stock one. Pete the cases are at Marks. I am going to pick them up and epoxy them while everyone is at daytona having fun. Thanks for the offer on the Garage.. The ski is in my basement lol.

Well, I got home to work today and I could barley get in the door with all the boxes on my portch. Thank you Team Scream / Xscream (Chuck, Pat, Radney) for the nice 62t cyl, seals, bearings, and carb / intake setup. Thank you DSlicker (Brent) for the scat prop and 62t stator. Thank you Skinnyman (Larry) for the reeds, stuffers, coil and rectifier! I guess it is time to get to work on this bad boy.. More pics to come.

Well I got the prop in and the pump / ride plate installed tonight.

Its been a while since an update. First off I would like to thank RMBC Freeride for donating a set of pistons needed for the build. Also a bigh thanks goes out to Boris for helping out with an OEM gasket kit and carb / F/A setup. I am sure between your set and Chucks set we will have a set of nice running 38's. I have also finished the epoxy work on the cases and need to drop them off along with the cyl to Full Throttle for porting and final hone. I will try to post pics soon. (I have been very busy)

You said you wont ride until you get this one done...... Well its almost June, so here is the MOD chamber you can have for daves ski. Its left over after I stole the headpipe for my new ski.

Now make sure you can ride soon! I will ask is for a rip on you lightweight though...LOL
