Wrap it with glass or carbon.

no, i tried 3 times. each one got closer until my motor got to much water in it to stay runnin. by the time it was running again the adrenalin wore off and i couldn't even walk. i don't plan on being able to participate in the cherry buster next year. i should be able to get it done once riding season starts here.

I think my cherry buster attempt turned out worse than yours. Nosing it in dont work out to well.

Call Taylor Curtis and get a Carbon Kevlar nose piece for it like it did. Reinforce the inside, then epoxy the nose piece on the outside. It sandwiches the entire nose between two pieces (a top piece and a bottom piece). For the money, it was the best this I did to my ski for strength... since I can't seem to keep the nose out of the sand... LOL
