This is the post all you guys who DON'T live down here in Florida need use as your guide.
It is almost always the case with rain down here. A mile from the beach, it can be storming, cloudy all day, etc etc. You get to the beach, and it's clear with not a drop of rain. Why? I dunno.
And as far as the weather changing, it can and does in the blink of an eye. All the time (not so much in winter, but it does). Especially in the afternoon.
Now, this cold spell we are having, that's another story...
