Well the time has come to start the buildup on the "winner" Ski from daytona. I know it will take me a few weeks to get everything done to the ski but one step at a time. Here is a pic of when I got it, untouched.

Ok, here is the first step, foot holds. They pretty much speak for them selvs but if you have any questions feel free to ask. it took about an hour and a half but ran out of time for glass work so here is how they fit dry. Jeff's rev holds.

I hope to have the ski done for the freeride so I can at least show it off a bit in georgia, but if I cant I'll just be that guy drinkin all day and Bull SH!tN around the camp ground. :beerchug:

I will be accused of stirring the pot...:frown:

but do you have a PVC or metal exhaust tube?

If you have the PVC, ABS, or "High-Temp ABS" I highly recommend that you change that "option" at your earliest convienence. :cool2:

Yeah, the pvc is staying, I would change it but it is too much work for the advantage, I just put a side exhaust and water box to fix the restrictive 2" exhaust. I dont know how a 1200 would breathe through that but I wouldn't let a ported 701 breathe through that little thing alone, it begged for a side exhaust. The foot holds will be glassed in on monday when I get the chance and I will post more pics then.

Do you work for Pat??

Tell him to get to work!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah right, I wish I worked for him. I think he has te best enviornment to work in that I have ever seen. I'm still in the Coast Guard, it's cool and it gives me time to ride and stuff.

and meatball, I think all the REV's are the same. I cut the hell out of mine to make them fit like that. I took a few inches off the top and some off almost everywhere elce too, lots O triming. The will neet to be really built up also.

can not believe he put that lip on top of the side rails like the old squares. thats one of the main reasons I hate squares. it totally destroys your elbows!
