Deadly amoeba kills boy in Lake Havasu!

Just read in the paper today of those deadly amoebas killing a 14 year old boy that was vacationing in Lake havasu in september. The boy died within 2 weeks of being infected . It starts with a headache, stiff neck and fever that eventually leads to the brain shutting down. Lake Havasu officials are looking into posting signs warning of the dangers. According to disease control officials, the best way to prevent this from happening, is to have nose plugs, smilar to what divers wear.

All this has me a bit concerned with WF just around the corner. I can foresee all freestylers wearing those nose plugs for the event. Better be safe than sorry!

I was never really consious of how much water i inhale until I read this story in the Paper 8 days ago. Now I feel the water going through my sinus' and nose all the time.

I breath more water at Body beach than anybody and I'm ok. Dont be scared of it!
