It's a completely different ski now but I probably changed too many things at once to know for sure exactly how each modification changed the handling characteristics. There was definantly a huge change in the way the ski handles, especially compared to the way the stock 750SX hull used to handle (much like an unpredictable shopping cart).

In addition to the chine extensions, I modified the pump inlet cavity by filling the void where the driveshaft comes out (Pictures). I added a set of front sponsons which have a radius on the bottoms right now. I thought this might help when laying into turns (if I decide I dont like the radius it's something I can easily change later).
The hull has been trued and there are deep (36 grit) scratches running length wise down the entire bottom of the ski.
The hull has some extra weight now as well.

The R-Pot ride plate is a little too long right now and the R&D intake grate needs to go.
I plan to take an inch or so off of the ride plate and put a Skat-Trak intake grate in place of the R&D.
Aside of a few handling part changes I really dont plan to do anything else to the hull. I was going to widen the tray and change a few other things last winter but then things got really busy at work and I really havent touched the ski since. I've decided to save that project for another year.
I wish I had more time to work on my jetski projects. I have a 96 Round Nose superjet that I need to finish too.

Eric.
