Delays with USPS / BLOWSION???

Was looking for any feedback regarding USPS / BLOWSION shipping
I ordered a number of items from Blowsion on the 7th.... For the record I'm in south Africa.... A few hours later I get notification of my parcel being shipped and for the next 3 days got updates... Then on the 10th that came to a standstill and haven't had any further notification or updates on my tracking... I emailed blowsion twice on their contact tab and once directly to their email asking if they can follow up and advise where my goods are as their has been no movement for 11 days.... They don't respond to emails or queries... So the question is.... Are there delays in postal service USPS etc or with Blowsion.... Anyone had issues recently or with overseas shipment ... Bit frustrating when 2 weeks have passed and still have no idea where my paid for goods are
 
International shipping. I’m sure it’s out of Blowsions hands by now. Blowsion can be slow when they don’t have it in stock, which you would never know by looking at their website. If it’s in stock it usually ships out pretty quick.
 
In my experience you will have to call to make any progress with them, which in your case is most likely a middle of the night call. I have had a handful of bad interactions with them, just like the one you are experiencing over the years, only I lived 5 hours away at the time. Blowsion is not worth supporting since Dady passed away. Many better shops to support these days.
 
International shipping. I’m sure it’s out of Blowsions hands by now. Blowsion can be slow when they don’t have it in stock, which you would never know by looking at their website. If it’s in stock it usually ships out pretty quick.

Surely if Blowsion doesn't have stock they would indicate that on their website and then not take your money when Processing payment.... I just don't understand that USPS awaiting item after 2 weeks when so called arrived at shipping partner
And then the reluctance from Blowsion to respond to enquiries
 
I managed to find another tracking program and shows it has left the US for SA... Now it's the indefinate wait for SA postal services and customs to perform their duties... Thanx to all for their responses

Their site/order cart does not show availability. You order then if lucky if they contact you to say "this item is out of stock, we will ship once we have it" contact Jetmaniac. He ships world wide so does LPW.

Its not Blowsion issue. Your tracking shows its in usps hands, so Blowsion shipped as required.
USPS international shipping is the worst! Once it leaves the US, its in contractors hands. Most utilize USPS as its a much cheaper option. I ship to Europe fairly often. Its common for USPS international priority shipping to take 30-40 days. FedEx or DHL is normally twice the money to ship, but they are an actual international carrier. They can track all the way thru. Outside of Customs delays, they normally deliver when they promise! So, next time you ship international? Pony up, and pay for a reliable carrier. Hope you get your parts soon

it's not just USPS int. shipping, it USPS in general, I had one package that was lagging , it finally made it to Atlanta, ok I figure it will be here in a day or two, nope , next time I check it's in Hazzard KY, last time I checked you can't get there by going North , I guess Bo and Luke Duke are getting it , WTH, next time I check it's in Memphis , TN., next it's back in Atlanta, then a couple of days later it shows up here about a week late. Now for the part that makes no sense at all packages from China are arriving faster than packages I order through the states here lately.

Mate we are having issues as well. I have people now putting in PayPal claims and getting parts for free as PayPal awards it to them.
Im pretty much going to force everyone to pay DHL shipping soon as I cant handle the losses
 
ya postal can be brutal, i order from blowsion all the time and pony up n pay the ups shipping ( not the best, over night one) ill order on sunday then call monday morning about 10 to make sure everything i ordered is in and if not substitute and i get my package through customs and all on friday, only door step. customs is the biggest hang up. and i had a prop sent from impros through USPS and its first delivery date was 10 days and once it left his shop i had two notifications then nothing for 3 weeks then i had a notification for duties owed paid them and 5 days later got my package so 10 days took 30 days and this was just as the world was shutting down last spring.
 
I put in a Blowsion order back on the 9th and they had it ready to go by the 10th. I opted for U.S post because from personal experience I will 100% refuse to pay for anything shipped through the union of professional scammers (UPS...or more appropriately pronounced as oops...biggest mistake I ever made accepting anything shipped through them). At present 2 weeks later, my shipment is almost locally ready for pickup. I live on the north side of the international border from them and at the almost opposite side of the continent. Once the shipping courier has it in their hands, it's out of Blowsion's. Same deal with JetManiac or any other suppliers, once they hand it off to the shipping outfit of choice it's out of their hands, they can't be held accountable for how ridiculous any of the shipping entities are. I've had the postal people up here send my parcels all over the place unnecessarily where a straight line would have been the obvious way to ship lol. Sometimes they have taken 6 weeks to arrive, sometimes 2, but if the seller/shipper has the parts in stock and just doesn't live up to their end of the deal by continually failing to send, then absolutely by all means file a Paypal claim, you only get so long to do so before it's your loss and the seller has your cash and parts.

By 11th May it had left for Destination Country. As of today 28th June still no news on my order and SA postal service just repeats what the tracking says

But I am sure the issue lies on the lazy incompetent SA POSTAL SERVICES side as I placed a second order with BLOWSION on the 17th and used FEDEX and the parcel is being delivered today. If it wasnt for a 4 day hold up in Dubai it would have been here on Friday under 10days

Unfortunate fact of the matter pay the premium for COURIER service and you will get your orders on time. I just wish USPS could provide some sort of log for the flight to see if it has arrived in SA then I can use that to put pressure on the system to trace the parcel. We have the same thing. If you pay for a premium service our stuff gets there in a week. if you go for free it takes longer. its not the business its the courier
 
Wish it was free I paid $212 for shipping which equates to about R3200 (order value $950) Granted it was the Cheapest option but for 8-11 working days (plus a few extra days for delays ) service I could deal with that time frame. But now its 47 days in International Transit. Hopefully USPS come back with some answers or ETA

But to add insult to injury my order was short delivered.. The RRP STEERING SYSTEM and 18mm UNDERLAY PLUSH FOAM didn't arrive.. Pretty useless now.. Can't fit my hydroturf and footwells and can't fit my RRP STRAIGHT BARS.. I emailed BLOWSION to advise them but they don't respond.. I paid transport and customs on the full order.. At no time was I advised there was no stock or there was going to be 2 packages.. And then no response to email to get feedback on what the hell is going on.. Has anyone encountered the same issues

Many of us have encountered same issues. There is zero reason to spend money with Blowsion these days. When Dady was still around they were "for the sport", now they are just "for the profit." I will never do business with them and i doubt you will either after this. High prices, nothing in stock, short orders, delayed shipping, no communication, your story is not the exception, it is the norm for Blowsion. Hit up High Speed Industries next time, you won't have any regrets.

Thanx for response.. I guess lesson learnt and will defintely look into other companies to deal with.. Unfortunately for us SA guys nothing is local and everything has to be imported.. Need to create a relationship with 1 company and deal with them... Now the mission of trying to sort out the outstanding items from blowsion.... I emailed them a query last Monday and no response and again on Friday and no response.. Odd thing is I covered my bases and emailed virtually every member thinking I would get an answer from 1 of them and to date not one email reply... Not sure if they are only part time... And taking money for goods you don't send is also theft

I know HSI ships a ton of stuff to Bader over seas and other clients as well, I highly recommend them. If they dont have or cant get the part you need for some reason you can count on them to communicate that.
